Getting Plastered
Been a while since last post as boy is this a big lodge with a lot of plasterboard. Anyhoo, getting there now and will be posting faster as very nearly plastered everywhere.
Camping there next weekend so couple more blogs coming soon as floor goes down next week and stairs arriving Friday - we hope!

After more of a wait than was ideal, SSE finally turned up and connected us (after two attempts).
I now have our MPLAN number and Eon will be coming with a metre in a couple of weeks.

First Fixes
We've now appointed an internal project manager who is co-ordinating the trades (and very handy himself) and we've made a start on plumbing, done 1st fix of electrics.
and for Passivehuis-ness, we've completely membratnes the internal walls. A massive job that will never be seen once plasterboard goes on.

Fully Clad
After more hiatus, our structure has its cladding (mainly) - we've now put all outside work on hold until Spring and will start on the inside fixes. So soffit and barge boards, balconies and balustrades will have to wait a while.

Partially Clad
The Christmas and New Year break seemed to put the brakes on but by end January, we were half clad on the outside.

Scaffolding removed
Just cladding to go on and some rendering at the base and we've got a framework to start the insides on in the New Year ...
